About
For more than ten years I built content systems that scale. For the last two years I have focused on prompt engineering and evaluation for large language models.
At Atlassian I lead AI response quality for Confluence AI and Editor, used by over five million customers. I own system prompts, I run behavioural evaluation, and I have built agents that teams across the company now use.
I also co-found Level 22, a legal research agent for Australian migration law, built on a retrieval system over Federal Court and High Court judgments.
